Samia Saleem, Additional secretary M&M chaired a meeting today regarding complaints on Pakistan Citizen Portal against DG office Of Mines and Mines & Minerals Dept. Mr. Ali Raza Gohar (focal person from DG mines) as well as DS (technical) were present in the meeting. The complaints were discussed one by one and worthy chair advised the participants to make all possible efforts to resolve the complaints to ensure satisfaction of citizens. It was also advised by the chair to circulate guidelines to field officers to visit the site along with the complainant and each report must be supported with site inspection report, pictures, satellite images if need be and relevant rules.
