Samia Saleem, Additional Secretary Mines & Minerals chaired a meeting regarding formulation of Key Performance Indicators of officers of all directorates of Mines & Minerals Department. Deputy Secretary Admin and focal persons of attached departments participated in the meeting. It was directed by the chair to revisit the job description of officers in line with organizational aims and objectives. It was further directed to propose measurable KPIs based on the job description and long, medium, and short term plans of the organisation within 02 weeks.
